Ilsham C of E Academy has a beautiful mosaic to reflect the Christian vision and values for the school -‘To grow and flourish wherever you are planted.’
On the tree, there are images to reflect how the vision underpins the school curriculum offer: a reading book to show a love of reading, a bee for forest school provision, a cup of hot chocolate for Child of the Month and a heart to show the love we have for our Trust family.
Community sits at the heart of the school and the children were fortunate enough to work with a local artist, Karen Wones. Every child placed their own tile and the project was made possible by the school’s PTFA. They kindly funded the project and worked with the children alongside Karen Wones.
