Monica Rook (Chair) – Torquay Hub Local Ethos Governance Committee

Prior to academisation, I had close contact with the present Trust schools as a Torbay Advisor and governor. I have an interest in all things relating to children’s learning, in whatever context.

I am a member of St Matthias Church, which has close links to all of the Torquay schools and I often take weekly acts of collective worship in Ilsham, Warberry and Ellacombe.

I have a wealth of experience working in and alongside schools in the capacity of teacher, headteacher, inspector, advisor and friend.
