Reverend John Beckett (Co Chair) – Torquay Hub Local Ethos Governance Committee

Reverend John Beckett has been the  Rector of St Matthias Church in Wellswood, Torquay for 4 years and is known to staff and pupils as ‘Reverend John’

He is married to Ruth, has two grown up boys, and was previously a vet for 13 years.

Now, with 14 years experience of primary governance,  Reverend John really enjoys working alongside the staff to help our academy communities grow into the ‘life to the full’ that Jesus invites us into.
